C purlin roll forming machine adopt cast iron structure. The driving way is chain driving. The size will be adjusted by the spacers between the rollers. The cutting is after forming, so the cutting position will be very smooth.

v Function: it is used to release the head of coil, then feed into roll forming machine, making the coil straight and flat after decoiling

4) Cutting & Hydraulic Station
It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump.
After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pumps drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
The system includes: a set of hydraulic tank, a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraulic pipes. And two sets of electromagnetism valves.
