1. Instruction of corrugated sheet roll forming machine
This corrugated Y machine use UCT bearings, the UCT bearings is our company design, standard model of bearings. It makes the machine more stable and perform better roofing products. All the tie-bars and bolts are plated with hard chrome also, so it looks more beautiful and also stronger. The cutting head uses steel boards, all boards are welded together, this design makes the cutter more stable when it works.
2. Roll forming machine line parts as below
-- Manual uncoiler, one set, use to hold the raw material which means the steel coil.
-- Guiding table, one piece, it is usually fixed on the start of the roll forming part. It is used to guide the raw material feeding into the rollers.
-- Roll forming part, one set, it is the main part of the whole line which roll forming the flat sheet into special profile as per required.
-- Hydraulic cutting device, one set, it includes one cutter and one hydraulic pump station, the pump drive the cutter to rise and fall in which way the sheet will be cut off.
-- Discharge table, one set, we will make one four meter or six meter long table to collect the finsihed products when normal production.
-- PLC control system, one set, the system usually has English, Chinese and Russian languge for customer's use. It has inverter to make the finished products' dimension more accurate.

4. The service we can offer
(1) Once you paid the deposit, we will start the production as soon as possible. When the machine is finished, you can come to check the machine, we will arrange your accommodation and relative schedule. If you don't come, we can test the machine and send you test video. It's no problem.
(2) Our machines have one year guarantee, within one year, if the machine parts has some problem, we will be in charge of the repairing or replace. Also we will deliver the customer some spare parts together with the machine when loading the machine.
(3) If the buyer need overseas debug, we can also send technician to your factory, the customer should undertake all related cost including the accommodation and round-trip ticket of technician: 100 USD/day . The buyer should make sure the safety of technician.
